A. B. Duke Speaker Series Hosts Misha Angrist

Misha Angrist, assistant professor of the practice at the Duke Institute for Genome Sciences and Policy, demystified the science of genomic sequencing as the third speaker in the A.B. Duke Speaker Series “The Future of the Human Body.”  The event took place in the Divinity School on Tuesday, Feb 2nd

Two more speakers will participate in the series, Tim Lenoir, the Kimberly Jenkins Chair for New Technologies and Society at Duke, February 11th, and Bob Cook-Deegan the Director of the IGSP's Center for Genomic Ethics, Law and Policy, February 18th.  A final panel and wrap-up discussion will be held February 23rd, all at 6:00 pm in 0012 Westbrook in the Divinity School.
